Terms of return and exchange of goods in the LapiShop pet store

We at LapiShop care about the comfort and trust of our customers, therefore we act in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Return and exchange of goods of proper quality

You have the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that:

the goods have not been used;

the presentation, packaging, seals, labels are preserved;

there is a document confirming the purchase (receipt / invoice).

Please note: according to current legislation, some categories of goods are not subject to return or exchange if they are of proper quality.

Goods that are not subject to return

The following are not subject to return and exchange:

dry and wet food (open or with damaged packaging);

treats, vitamins, supplements;

veterinary drugs, antiparasitic agents;

hygiene and care products;

fillers for toilets;

goods manufactured or brought under an individual order.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

If you received goods with:

a manufacturing defect;

damage;

inconsistency with the order,

please contact us within 3 days from the moment of receipt. We will offer:

exchange of goods;

refund of funds;

or another solution convenient for you.

In this case, we will bear all delivery costs.

Refund

Refund of funds is carried out by the same payment method with which the order was paid.

The refund period is up to 7 banking days from the moment of receipt and inspection of the goods.

How to issue a return

Contact us in any convenient way (phone / messenger / email).

Inform the order number and reason for return.

Agree on the method of sending the goods back.
